 BOROUGH OF SEA GIRT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in compliance with the provisions of P.L. 2025, Ch. 72, (NJSA 35:3-1 et seq) the Borough of Sea Girt will publish the complete text of each legal notice, ordinance and required resolutions which may be obtained or viewed by the public on its official website. The same shall also be available on the Secretary of State’s Legal Notice Portal https://nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices-list.shtml pursuant to P.L. 2025, Ch. 72. The NJ State portal link became "live" on March 1, 2026. This change is intended to improve public access and transparency by making notices freely available online. Archived notices will remain accessible on this website for at least one year, in accordance with State law.
